Sony Ericsson Z1010 review

        A notable phone we have evaluated is the Sony Ericsson Z1010, a cell phone that has been created to rival the mobile phone market. Released around 01/7/2004 the Z1010 supports the networks GSM 900 / 1800 / UMTS. Being of size 98 x 48 x 28 mm while weighting only 115 g, this item´s size will please its users. The Sony Ericsson Z1010 also includes a compact camera of 0.3 MP / 640 x 480 px / Video Recorder. This phone arrives with a 1000 mAh Li-Polymer battery, enough to talk for about 2.50 hours and provides in standby mode 250 hours. Its creators incorporated a 16 MB memory, a good quantity for a regular use! An interesting option of the Sony Ericsson Z1010 is the speaker phone, being a useful tool anywhere! The screen on this cell phone lets setting a wallpaper of 176 x 220 px.

         Sony Ericsson has designed its Z1010 with a 74 chords ringtone player, making a great phone for you to add tons of ringers. If you like skinnable phones you will like to know the Z1010 has customizable themes enabled. The game collection included in the Sony Ericsson Z1010 is running on J2ME, which supports many fun games! Not surprisingly, since it is now standard in all phones, the Z1010 supports both SMS and EMS.

        Additionally it has MMS messaging to send pictures and any multimedia file! The calendar available is very easy to use and Sony Ericsson provided a phone book having a contact list capacity of 510. The text prediction system exploits the T9 technology, which is renowned as a good tool. The data transfer uses the GPRS (Class 10) / UTMS technology. The Z1010 is also equipped with an infrared port for data transfer.

        Connection to a computer is supported with a cable to transfer ringtones, wallpapers, etc. We have found the Sony Ericsson Z1010 to be a fantastic cell phone and we happily suggest it to our readers!
